Terms of Use for the Trial Plan
The Trial Plan is provided for familiarization with the capabilities of the EfirCards service.
The duration of the Trial Plan is determined by the service administration and may range from 7 to 30 calendar days from the date of account registration, or another period as determined by the administration.
After the specified period, access to your personal account may be temporarily blocked
if you do not switch to one of the paid plans.
When a Trial account is blocked:
- access to the control panel and personal account may be restricted;
- the ability to create and manage cards may be suspended;
- previously created cards may be temporarily blocked until a paid subscription is activated.
To continue using the service, you must select and pay for one of the available plans.
To connect a paid plan and issue an invoice for payment, you must contact the service administration using the contact details provided on the website.
After activating a paid subscription, access to your account and card management will be automatically restored.
Getting access to the Trial plan
To get access to the Trial plan, you need to register in the EfirCards system and thereby submit a request for trial access.
After registration, the service administration reviews the submitted request. If approved, the user is granted access to the system for the duration of the Trial plan.
The service administration reserves the right to refuse access to the Trial plan without explaining the reasons, as well as to restrict or terminate access to the trial plan at its discretion.
Trial Access Restrictions
The service administration reserves the right to restrict Trial Access in the event of detected repeated registrations, attempts to circumvent restrictions, or abuse of the trial rate.
Inactive Account Policy
Accounts using the Trial plan that do not upgrade to a paid plan after the trial period ends may be restricted, suspended, or deactivated.
In the event of account deactivation, access to your personal account and card management may be terminated and any cards created may be temporarily blocked until the account is restored by connecting a paid subscription.
The service administration reserves the right to delete inactive trial accounts and related data after a long period of inactivity.
Explanations on payment and conditions
- Payment currency: for clients from Ukraine, payments are made in hryvnia at the exchange rate on the day of payment; for clients from other countries, in US dollars.
- Payment method: Payment is made to the bank account (IBAN) specified on the invoice. The invoice is sent to the email address specified in your personal account.
- Card limit: If the card limit for the selected package is exceeded, you must switch to the next tariff; there is no additional charge for exceeding the limit.
- National / Global: This package is designed for projects with a volume of over 300,000 cards; the price is determined individually.
- Pay per month in advance: the cost of each package is paid as an advance payment for a calendar month.
- Price Change Policy: We reserve the right to change the price and terms of packages. In the event of a price change, the already paid package remains valid until the end of the current calendar month; the new terms automatically take effect the following month.
- SMS sending: SMS messaging is carried out at the rates of the connected operator. The service provides integration with several external SMS operators; if the client is registered with the selected operator, they can set up SMS sending through our personal account.
Tariff determination and cost calculation
- The number of active cards is fixed on the last day of the calendar month. Active cards are cards issued to clients and present in the system at the time of settlement.
- We don't limit the number of cards issued per month — you can create and issue as many cards as you want. Costs are calculated based solely on the actual number of active cards at the end of the month.
- If at the end of the month the number of active cards exceeds the limit of the current tariff plan, the tariff is automatically increased to the next level
- Switching to a higher tariff is not applied retroactively and does not affect the period already paid for - the new tariff comes into effect from the next calendar month, and the cost is calculated based on the number of active cards on the calculation date.
Official publication of tariffs and entry into force of changes
The official source for publication of tariffs and terms of service is the current page of the EfirCards website.
All current tariffs and their descriptions are posted exclusively on this page.
Changes to tariffs or conditions come into effect from the moment they are published on the website, and for existing customers - from the 1st of the following calendar month.
Thus, if the cost or composition of packages changes, previously paid tariffs remain in effect until the end of the current calendar month, and the updated conditions are applied automatically from the beginning of the next month.
