Trial (30 days free)
The Trial tariff is designed to familiarize you with the platform and test its capabilities in real conditions. For 30 days, you get full access to the main functionality of the system to assess its compliance with your business processes and requirements.
Within Trial, the following is available:
- creation and management of up to 50 digital cards;
- working with the administrative panel;
- testing key platform functions;
- basic technical support for the introductory period.
Trial is completely free and does not require payment to start.
Self-Hosted (boxed solution)
Self-Hosted is a full-fledged version of the platform that is installed on the client's server or on the company's own infrastructure. This solution is suitable for businesses that need full control over data, security, and internal processes.
As part of the Self-Hosted solution, you get:
- deploying the system on your server;
- initial setup and launch;
- the possibility of integration with internal systems;
- flexible scaling to meet load;
- technical support and implementation support.
Cost
The cost of a Self-Hosted solution is calculated individually and depends on:
- number of cards and data volume;
- system load level;
- integrations with other services and CRM/ERP.

Getting access to Trial
To gain access to the Trial tariff, you must register in the EfirCards system and thereby submit a request for trial access.
After registration, the service administration considers the submitted request. If approved, the user is granted access to the system for the duration of the Trial tariff.
The service administration reserves the right to refuse access to the Trial tariff without giving reasons, as well as to limit or terminate access to the trial tariff at its discretion.
Trial access limitations
The service administration reserves the right to restrict the provision of Trial access if repeated registrations, attempts to circumvent restrictions, or abuse of the trial tariff are detected.
Inactive Account Policy
Accounts using the Trial plan and not upgraded to the Self-hosted plan after the trial period may be limited, suspended, or deactivated.
If your account is deactivated, access to your personal account and card management may be suspended, and created cards may be temporarily blocked until your account is restored by connecting to a Self-hosted tariff.
The service administration reserves the right to delete inactive Trial accounts and related data after a long period of non-use.
Explanation of payment and terms
- Payment currency: for clients from Ukraine, payments are made in hryvnia at the exchange rate on the day of payment; for clients from other countries, in US dollars.
- Payment method: payment is made to the bank account (IBAN) specified in the invoice/bill. The bill is sent to the email address specified in your personal account.
- Self-Hosted: the solution is designed for customers who want to deploy the system on their own server; the cost is determined individually.
- Sending SMS: SMS is sent at the rates of the connected operator. The service provides integration with several external SMS operators; if the client is registered with the selected operator, he can configure SMS sending through our personal account.
